Chinese investor to build four plants in Turkistan region

A Chinese company is set to build four agriculture industry plants on the territory of the Turkistan region with investments totaling 50 billion tenge. According to the regional governor’s office, these include a leather processing plant, a gelatin production facility, a drip irrigation device manufacturing plant and a cotton mill. An industrial zone with an area of 300 hectares is being established for the successful implementation of major investment projects.
