Kazakhstan launches 6 new information systems in construction sector

Digitalization everywhere! Six new electronic construction projects are being launched in Kazakhstan. They will allow increasing the transparency of public procurement and the quality of construction as a whole, and increasing the share of local content in the industry. This was announced during the presentation of digital platforms in the capital by the deputy head of Kazakh Ministry of Industry Kairbek Uskenbayev. According to him, starting next year, the construction of all state-ordered facilities in the country will be monitored using a special information system E-Qurylys. It will allow online recording of all construction processes, including documentation, registers and technical supervision reports. Experts said that the work on digitalizing the construction process at state facilities has already begun. It is expected to be fully automated from next year.

“Never and no one in any case will be able to interfere and forge certain documents, moreover, it will allow saving on administrative expenditures. This portal, there is not only “E-Qurylys”, there are also “Marketplace” and “E-Shanyraq,” they will allow fully tracking everything, producing quality indicators, performing tests and fully tracking the entire construction process from the planning process to the operation process,” said Almaz Idyryssov, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Construction and Housing-Communal Services Affairs.
