OPEC+ to stay course on oil output plans

OPEC+ to stay course on oil output plans

OPEC+ countries have come to a new agreement. In December, oil production will increase by 400,000 barrels per day. At the same time, the quota for Kazakhstan, taking into account the monthly growth, will amount to 1,556,000 barrels per day, the press service of the Energy Ministry reports. In addition, according to Bloomberg, due to the rise in fuel prices in the U.S., their authorities asked the oil-producing countries to increase production by 800,000 barrels per day. However, the cartel decided to stick to the previous agreement. Brent rose in price by 2 percent and is traded above US$83 per barrel. Since the beginning of the year, global oil price has jumped more than one and a half times.
