Housing prices rising in Kazakhstan

Housing prices in Kazakhstan went up. Not only the purchase of square meters, but also their rent became more expensive. According to the Bureau of National Statistics, by the end of October this year, the cost of primary housing rose by almost two percent, and secondary housing – by 1.2 percent. Rental charges for dwellings also rose in price by 0.9 percent over the month. As the Bureau reported, on average, one square meter of primary housing in Kazakhstan is estimated at 352,654 tenge (US$821.80), and secondary housing – at 279,216 tenge (US$650,67). Meanwhile, rental housing will cost an average of 1,888 tenge per square meter.
