Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attends Qatar Economic Forum

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attended the second Qatar Economic Forum in Doha at the personal invitation of Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. The key topic of the discussion is to settle the global economic recovery. The forum participants included the leaders of countries, governments and major international companies from Europe, Asia and Africa. The forum is expected to result in effective solutions to shape a post-pandemic world. During the visit, President Tokayev discussed with the Qatar’s Emir the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation. The leaders reaffirmed their mutual desire to strengthen trade and economic relations and implement joint investment projects. Also, the Head of State invited the Emir to pay an official visit to Kazakhstan.
