Kazakhstan to issue cards for ethnic Kazakhs

Kazakhstan will introduce cards for ethnic Kazakhs, the country’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population reported. The cards will be issued to ethnic Kazakhs living abroad whose businesses are booming and who want to scale them up in their homeland. The cards will allow them to visit Kazakhstan without restrictions and do their own businesses while not being citizens of the state. They will receive temporary residence visas, which allows them to stay for up to 10 years, through a facilitated procedure. The cards will be issued to 100 ethnic Kazakhs.
