Online supermarket of employment services to be launched in Kazakhstan

An online supermarket of employment services, which is currently being developed in Kazakhstan, will help with career choices, as well as an employment relationship. A single digital ecosystem will be established at the electronic labor exchange platform. It will upload detailed information on 400 popular professions. The list will be updated as appropriate. The Skills Enbek online learning marketplace is already operating on the platform. It provides about 160 courses, over 100 of which are free. The Business Enbek platform also operates on the E-Exchange. It is planned to allocate 20,000 grants this year to those wishing to start their own business through the platform. In addition, it provides online access to public services. Job vacancies from over 200 centers, 44 private employment agencies and five online employment sites are posted on the Enbek.kz single digital platform. It allows searching for both suitable vacancies and candidates. Moreover, it makes it possible to find a job or an employee not only in Kazakhstan, but also abroad.

“There is a ‘Work without borders’ project launched among the EAEU countries. It is a database, a single search engine, which is accumulated from the information systems of the union’s member states, including Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Russia. The single unified system also makes it possible for job seekers and employers from other countries to search for vacancies and prospective employees in Kazakhstan,” Alexandra Molchanovskaya, managing director of the Workforce Development Centre, said.
