Oil shipments remain stable after accident at oil pumping station in Atyrau

An accident at oil pumping stations in Atyrau did not affect the oil shipment, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium reported. According to it, unfavorable weather conditions in Atyrau region and the fall of several towers of overhead power lines resulted in disconnection of the Kurmangazy and Issatai facilities from the power supply. The incident did not affect the implementation of the schedule for the shipment of oil. The supply of raw materials at the sea terminal is carried out as usual. The main equipment of the stations is powered from backup sources, there is no threat of an emergency situation. Work is underway to eliminate technological violations.
