Kazakhstan to establish honorary award for teachers

Kazakhstan will establish the badge of honor For Professional Loyalty in the education industry. The award will be presented to teachers with over 25 years of experience for special personal merits, Kazakh Ministry of Enlightenment reports.

“We have now initiated changes to the order on the approval of the recognition scheme in this industry. The badge of honor ‘For Professional Loyalty’ will be awarded to teachers of preschool, secondary, vocational and continuing education. We want to acknowledge those teachers who are dedicated to their work and make a great contribution to the education and training of the younger generation,” Sholpan Karinova, Kazakh First Vice Minister of Enlightenment, noted.
