Secondary housing prices in Kazakhstan rise by 8 percent

Housing in Kazakhstan has become more expensive. Since the beginning of the year, the cost of newly built apartments in the country increased by more than 4 percent. The price of secondary housing increased by 8 percent. Interestingly, the increase in the cost of housing for the two months of this year comprised almost the same amount as for the entire 2020. Currently, one square meter in the country costs 322,000 tenge.
