Animal husbandry was the main occupation of the Eurasian nomads for centuries. So, naturally cattle were the main source of raw materials. The local nomads were skilled in processing animal skin to make high-quality leather which was used to make clothes, footwear, home appliances, horse tacks and other necessary items. Horse, sheep, cow leather were the most popular.
