Experienced TV people would immediately recognize consoles with which radio and TV control rooms are usually equipped with. The event captured in the photograph is not an ordinary one - it was the day when the president was introduced to the "Khabar" channel broadcast processes.
In the mid of 90s, right after the Soviet stagnation was over, information was flooding from everywhere - new technologies, new ways of thinking and new standards entered people's lives.
